Tiffany Meyer raised her three children in Grandview Heights, Ohio, while pursuing a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors. In November 2019, she founded The Heights Insurance Agency, LLC. Although the agency's launch was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, her commitment to building genuine, lasting relationships with clients inspired her to relaunch the business as soon as possible.

Beyond her professional work, Tiffany is deeply involved in her community and is an active advocate for small businesses. She serves as Vice President of Policy and Advocacy for NAWBO Columbus (National Association of Women Business Owners) and also serves on the NAWBO National Policy and Advocacy Committee, advocating for small business owners at both the state and federal levels. Within the insurance industry, she serves on the Ohio Insurance Agents Policy Committee and recently joined the NABIP Legislation Committee, helping shape policy that affects agents, employers, and consumers alike.

Today, Tiffany and The Heights Insurance Agency team serve thousands of clients across the United States, guiding employers, individuals, and Medicare beneficiaries through their health insurance options with the same relationship-first approach the agency was founded on.

Jude Rosinski is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of health insurance. A proud Eagle Scout and lifelong learner, Jude brings integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to service to every client interaction. A graduate of Grandview Heights High School (Class of 2019), Jude went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Case Western Reserve University in 2023.

His background in technology gives him a unique perspective on modernizing processes and improving operational efficiency. In 2024, Jude joined The Heights Insurance Agency, where he quickly discovered his passion for community-focused insurance work. As Director of Operations, he works closely with agency owner Tiffany Meyer to enhance systems, support strategic growth, and deliver on the agency’s mission of combining old-fashioned customer service with modern technology to provide personalized health insurance solutions.

Outside of work, Jude continues to embody the values of leadership and service that defined his Eagle Scout journey, striving to make a positive impact in both his professional and personal communities.
