Tiffany Meyer

Founder

Tiffany Meyer raised her three children in Grandview Heights, Ohio, while pursuing a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors. In 2018, a friend recommended her for a position at a local Nationwide Insurance office, where she quickly found her calling in helping others through insurance services. This opportunity allowed Tiffany to gain valuable experience at both Nationwide and Allstate Insurance, where she worked as a sales associate responsible for overseeing office operations and supporting other agents.

In November 2019, Tiffany founded The Heights Insurance Agency, LLC. Although the agency’s launch was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, her commitment to building genuine, lasting relationships with clients inspired her to relaunch the business as soon as possible.

Beyond her professional work, Tiffany is deeply involved in her community. She serves as Vice President of Public Policy and Advocacy for the National Association of Women Business Owners and sits on its Executive Board, advocating for small business owners at both state and federal levels. Tiffany also contributes her leadership to the Horizons Prison Initiative, championing opportunities and second chances for those seeking new beginnings.

Jude Rosinski

Director of Operations

Jude Rosinski is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of health insurance. A proud Eagle Scout and lifelong learner, Jude brings integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to service to every client interaction. A graduate of Grandview Heights High School (Class of 2019), Jude went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Case Western Reserve University in 2023.

His background in technology gives him a unique perspective on modernizing processes and improving operational efficiency. In 2024, Jude joined The Heights Insurance Agency, where he quickly discovered his passion for community-focused insurance work. As Director of Operations, he works closely with agency owner Tiffany Meyer to enhance systems, support strategic growth, and deliver on the agency’s mission of combining old-fashioned customer service with modern technology to provide personalized health insurance solutions.

Outside of work, Jude continues to embody the values of leadership and service that defined his Eagle Scout journey, striving to make a positive impact in both his professional and personal communities.
